Shipping days
We ship packages on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. If you have ordered your order before noon on one of these days, it will be shipped that same day. If your order arrives after noon, it will be shipped the next shipping day.
*The maximum size for a package to Europe is 100 x 70 x 58 cm.
Shipping options
Our standard shipping is through DPD Home. During the checkout process, you can also choose delivery to a pickup point.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. If the total weight exceeds the indicated limits, additional shipping costs will be charged. Orders heavier than 60 kg are automatically booked as pallet delivery and shipped via DHL.
Insurance & Pickup
We pack your package with the utmost care, but we are not liable for damage or breakage in transit. Shipping is therefore entirely at your own risk. Do you want insured transportation? If so, please mention this with your order; there is an additional charge for this.
You can also pick up your order in person. Please refer to the opening hours of our studio store.
Delivery by DHL
If you prefer your standard package to be shipped via DHL, please indicate this in the comments section or contact us via email. Please note that this may be subject to possible delays and additional charges depending on your location.
